To mark the end of the season EA have released their own Premier League team of the season, and given all players involved in the squad blue cards on FIFA 15 Ultimate Team.
This sees them receive huge stat boosts but the cards will only be available for one week.

Hazard was Chelsea’s second-highest goalscorer in the league this season
The likes of De Gea, Hazard, Diego Costa, Alexis Sanchez, John Terry and Cesc Fabregas all get taken into the 90s whilst Kane’s rating goes up to 86.
There are also seven bench players involved including Liverpool’s Jordan Henderson, Crystal Palace’s Yannick Bolasie and QPR’s Charlie Austin.
Sergio Aguero can consider himself unlucky not to start in the team given he won the Golden Boot, but his 94 card looks very appealing.

Harry Kane is the second highest scorer in the Premier League this season.
The cards are part of a wider Team of the Season campaign from EA across FIFA 15 Ultimate Team and it is highly likely that we will see more in the coming weeks as other leagues finish.
The Premier League team will be available to download from 8pm tonight UK time on the Xbox One and 10 pm for the Playstation 4 and can be seen below.
